Get Inspired By Wrestler Geeta Phogat’s Journey Of Attaining Fitness After Pregnancy

Embracing motherhood is one of the most precious things for most women. However, one thing that worries all of them is the post-pregnancy weight. There are a number of ways to get back to the original shape after delivering a baby. Many Indian celebrities like Kareena Kapoor Khan, Anushka Sharma and more inspired all other moms-to-be to regain the same fitness even after pregnancy. The famous Indian woman wrestler, Geeta Phogat too recently gave birth to a baby boy. Even after her pregnancy, Geeta stuck to her fitness routine. Dr Ria Banerjee Ankola is the woman behind her post-pregnancy diet plans. 

Dr Ria shared the inspiring story of this woman wrestler who not only took the utmost care of her baby boy but also managed to look after her fitness too. And as diet plays a very important role in achieving fitness, Phogat too ate the right food which was healthy for her body. What was more inspiring was her dedication to both her work and her child. Despite the tight schedule with her son, Geeta managed to work out for about 4 hours regularly. Isn’t this very inspiring?

Geeta’s motivational fitness story even after pregnancy shows how motherhood made her even stronger. In an interview with PTI, Geeta reveals how she lost about 20-25 kgs after her pregnancy. So, after regaining her fitness, she is all set to do a comeback in the field of wrestling.
