To give tweak, we bring before you masala doodh’s recipe. This recipe was recently shared by Sanjeev Kapoor and has already garnered a lot of attention. Masala doodh is enriched with lots of dry fruits which makes it extremely luscious and mouth-watering. So, follow this easy recipe and treat yourself to something healthy and flavourful.
Grab the following ingredients and get ready to make this delicious recipe from the comfort of your home.
1. Blanched pistachios – 12
2. Blanched pishori pistachio – 12
3. Almonds – 10
4. Charoli – 1 tbsp
5. Nutmeg
6. Green cardamom – 2
7. Dried rose petal – 1 tbsp
8. Milk – 800 ml
9. Saffron threads
1. In a frying pan, add blanched pistachio, blanched pishori pistachio, almond and chiroli.
2. Dry roast all of these ingredients for some time.
3. Then, let it cool properly and keep it aside.
4. Next, add nutmeg, green cardamom, dried rose petals and crush all of it properly. Also, add the roasted dry fruits and crush all of them together.
5. Later, take a bowl and heat some milk in it. Add some saffron threads and let the milk thicken.
6. Then, add the crushed ingredients to the milk and finally transfer it to a glass.
7. Finally, garnish masala doodh with some saffron threads.
