No matter how hard I try to hide the veggies in pasta, maggi, raita or poori; my daughter finds out the hidden treasure and is no longer interested in its value! Making kids eat veggies is like a huge challenge for most mothers. Kids, nowadays don’t want to eat veggies, their palates always want sweet treats, junk foods, and ice creams. But I just can’t afford to compromise on healthy eating for her own sake, for her own health in the long run.
