सामग्री सर्विंग: 4

  1. 1/2cup soaked chickpea
  2. 1/2cup paneer
  3. 125gm potato(boiled $peeled)
  4. 2 to 3 tbsp dhee
  5. 1tbsp Oil
  6. 1tbsp finely chopped green coriander
  7. 2 finely chopped green chilli
  8. 1/2tsp Cumin seeds
  9. 1tbsp Coriander powder
  10. 1/2tbsp garam masala
  11. 1/2tbsp dry mango powder
  12. 1/4tsp red chilli powder
  13. 1/2inch chopped ginger

  1. 1/2chickpea
  2. heat a pan add 1tbsp oil to heat up add 1/2tsp cumin seeds,and saute it,reduce flame add 1tsp coriander powder,1/2inch finely chopped ginger piece ,2 finely chopped green chilli roast a spices for a while
  3. add 1/2cup soaked chickpea to it .Add 1/2 tsp garam masala,1/2 tbsp dry mango powder,1/4 tsp red chilli powder, salt to taste saute the chickpea while..Mixing the spices well add 1/4cup water to the chickpea .You need to cook the chickpea till they turn a little tender cover and cook it on low flame for 4 to 5 min.
  4. after 4min. Check the chickpea if mashed they are ready turn off the flame place it to cook then blend the spices with the chickpea well. Once cool place the chickpea in a mixture jar and finely grind it.when finely ground put the mixture in a mixing bowl.
  5. grate the potatoes and paneer separeatly add it to the mixing bowl. Then add 1/2tsp salt to taste.. 1tbsp finely chopped green coriander.mix all the ingredientes well and prepare south from it.
  6. lift a little dough bind it in desired size flatten it a bit and give it a round shape prepare all cutlets likewise
  7. heat a non stick pan when sufficiently hot 2 to 3 tbsp ghee to it place the cut leta to shallow fry in the pan .shallow fry cutlet on low to medium flame
