Ingredients to make Chicken Fry
- 250 gms Chicken boneless chopped into small pieces.
- For Marinade: 1 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 tbsp. Shallots chopped
- 1/2 tsp. each of Ginger and Garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp. each of Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder garam masala and turmeric powder .
- For Seasoning: 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Shallots sliced lengthwise
- 2 Greenchillies slit length wise
- 1 tbsp Coconut grated/chopped finely
- 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
- Salt to taste
- For Garnishing: 1/2 tsp. Fennel seeds roasted and powdered
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper powder
- A few Curry leaves
