स्टोव टॉप स्विस रोल रेसिपी

स्टोव टॉप स्विस रोल बनाने की सामग्री ( Stove Top Swiss Roll Banane Ki Samagri Hindi Me )

  • 2 अंडे
  • 2 बड़ा चम्मच शहद या चीनी
  • एक चुटकी नमक
  • 4 बड़ा चम्मच मैदा
  • 1/4 छोटा चम्मच वैनिला एसेंस
  • भरने के लिए: 3 बड़ा चम्मच स्ट्रॉबेरी जैम

स्टोव टॉप स्विस रोल बनाने की विधि ( Stove Top Swiss Roll Banane Ki Vidhi Hindi Me )

  1. एक कटोरे में अंडा तोड़ लें और उसमें नमक डाल दें।
  2. इसे 30 सेकंड तक फेंटे जब तक ये झाग जैसा ना बन जाए।
  3. फिर इसमें शहद डालें और तेजी से फेंटे जब तक ये आकार में दोगुना ना दिखने लगे।
  4. अब वैनिला एसेंस और मैदा डालें।
  5. इन सामग्रियों को अच्छे से मिल जाने तक फेंटते रहें।
  6. एक नॉन-स्टिक पैन को ग्रीस करें। इसमें तैयार घोल डालें। फिर इसे ढक दें।
  7. अब इस पैन को धीमी आंच पर रखें और 5-6 मिनट तक पकाएं।
  8. जब आटा आपकी उंगलियों पर चिपकना छोड़ दे समझिए कि ये तैयार हो गया।
  9. फिर इस तैयार रोल को एक टिश्यू पेपर पर निकालें।
  10. इस पर स्ट्रॉबेरी जैम फैलाएं और फिर इसे गोलाकार घुमा दें।
  11. 5-10 मिनट तक ऐसे ही रहने दें फिर काटें और परोसें।

मेरी टिप:

इस रेसिपी के लिए नॉन-स्टिक पैन का इस्तेमाल करें। उस पर दिए दिशा-निर्देशों के मुताबिक प्रयोग करें।
