इंडो चायनीज़ टिक्की रेसिपी

इंडो चायनीज़ टिक्की बनाने की सामग्री ( Indo chinese tikki Banane Ki Samagri Hindi Me )

  • Indian preparation outer filling
  • Boiled potato 2 no
  • Green peas stemed 1/2 cup
  • Chilly Powder 1tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chinese filling
  • Carrot shreded cut 1/4 cup
  • Capsicum shreded 1/4 cup
  • Cabbage shreded 1/4 cup
  • Green chilly shreded 2 no
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • Chilli garlic sauce 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 1/2 tsp
  • Oil fry

इंडो चायनीज़ टिक्की बनाने की विधि ( Indo chinese tikki Banane Ki Vidhi Hindi Me )

  1. Take boiled potatos, green peas in bowl smash together now add corn flour, salt, coriander leaves, red chilly powder, garam masala, mix well keep aside
  2. Chinese preparation
  3. Take all cutted vegetables mention in ingredients
  4. Take pan heat the oil add cutted vegetables saute. do not cook now add chilly garlic sauce, soya sauce, sugar , vinegar saute mix it well...all vegetables should be crunchy do not over cook
  5. Remove in dish keep aside 5 to 6 minutes
  6. Now take outer mixture of tikki, mix all well take small ball of mixture make hole put medium quantity if chinise mixture close ball make tikki style press with nice round shape.
  7. Take another in dish bread crumbs press in it coat with bread crumbs
  8. Heat pan add oil put in ready tikki & fry to both side on medium or slow flame till light brown colour
  9. Serve with chutney, tomato ketchup or with any chinese deep
