Watermelon Cosmopolitan

Ingredients to make Watermelon Cosmopolitan

  • Watermelon pieces- 2 cups
  • salt- 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
  • mint 5
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 1 / 2 tsp chopped

How to make Watermelon Cosmopolitan

  1. Collect watermelon, salt, pepper, green chilies , lemon juice and mint in a blender jar and blend to make juice.
  2. Pass the juice through a colander and collect the juice in a pitcher and discard the seeds and the residue.
  3. Add crushed ice and serve in a martini glass with mint as a garnish

My Tip:

No need to add sugar as the watermelon itself is sweet. Adjust the amount of salt and pepper as per your choice.
