ABOUT Spicy Cuisson lente Mutton RECIPE

Mutton is slowly cooked with potato and cabbage and specialy to mention the whole garam masala.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Mutton loin pcs - 350gm
  2. Onion - 1
  3. Small cabbage - 5 layers
  4. Potato -2
  5. Garlic- 6-8 cloves
  6. Ginger - 1" cut to thin sherds
  7. Corainder leaves - 6-7stems
  8. Water - 1 glass or 250ml
  9. Green chilli- 1
  10. Garam masala ingredients:
  11. Cinnamon - 1" (2pc)
  12. Cloves- 4
  13. Bay leaf- 2
  14. Stone flower/Kalpasi - 2 pc
  15. Maze- 2 small pc
  16. Cumin- 1 tsp
  17. Peppercorns - 4
  18. For dressing:
  19. Chilly powder- 1 tsp
  20. Salt as required
  21. Vinegar -1 tsp
  22. Gingelly oil -1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Arrange the cabbage, onion and lightly chrushed garlic with skin.
  2. Spread the garam masala mix on the veggies.
  3. Then place potatoes and coriander leaves all over.
  4. Now place the mutton pieces over it.
  5. Get ready with the dressing ingredients, mix all together.
  6. Pour it over the mutton. Let it rest for 3-4 hrs.
  7. Place green chilly to the centre. Pour 1 glass of water to it. Now cover this gorgeous with aluminium foil and goes into preheated oven for 1 hr at 180C.
  8. Turn the mutton after an hour and keep it again in oven for 15min or until it is cooked.
