This recipe is made from soya chunks which is good in proteins, its easy to make

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 7to8 soya chunks
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 2 tbsp fine semolina
  4. 3to4 green chillies chopped
  5. Few Coriander leaves chopped
  6. 1 carrot grated
  7. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Boil water add soya chunks dip it in hot water an when cool squeeze out the water completely.
  2. Then grind it into smooth paste. Then pour it in a bowl add salt, green chillies, coriander leaves,semolina( dry roast the semolina) an mix well
  3. Then add grated carrots, mix well. Then take a small piece and roll it with both ur hands to give a shape an deep fry it
