Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Raw banana 1/2 kg
  2. Salt as per taste
  3. Pepper powder 2 pinch
  4. Turmeric powder half tsp
  5. Red chilli powder half tsp
  6. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take the bananas peel them and slice them with the help of a slicer.
  2. Now take a bowl add water in it .
  3. Add salt, turmeric powder and dip the pieces of bananas in the bowl for 5 minutes.
  4. Now take them out and put it on a kitchen towel and make them dry.
  5. Now take a wok add oil and put the banana pieces in to the hot oil and deep fry them on a slow flame till crisp and golden.
  6. Now take them out on an absorbent paper and sprinkle pepper powder and some chilli powder on it.

my chips were sticking together while frying ..also we hv to bring it to almost red color else it tastes raw ..if fried till red then taste of banana is lost ..what to do ?

Can we air fry them instead of deep frying?
