Punugulu dahi Vada

Ingredients to make Punugulu dahi Vada

  • Idli Batter – 1 Cup
  • semolina – 1 tbsp
  • onion – 1 ( Chopped )
  • ginger – ½ inch ( Chopped )
  • Curry Leaves – 1 string ( Chopped )
  • Green Chillies – 2 ( Chopped )
  • cumin Seeds – 1 tbsp
  • coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp ( Chopped )
  • salt
  • curd – 1 Cup
  • imli Chutney – ½ tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder - ½ tbsp

How to make Punugulu dahi Vada

  1. In bowl mix idli batter, semolina, onion, ginger, curry leaves, green chillies, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, salt.
  2. Heat oil in pan, with the spoon take the batter and pour in oil.
  3. Fry till golden brown.
  4. In bowl take punugulu, pour curd with some imli chutney, red chili powder on it.
  5. Your Punugulu Dahi Vada is ready.

My Tip:

The shape of Punugulu is just like vada used in dahi vadas .
