ABOUT Kanda Poha Cutlets RECIPE

Generally we eat kanda poha but this time I thought of making cutlets with same ingredients,that too in airfryer ,believe me they turned out very yummy ,and I was more happy as these were airfryed,with very little oil ,pls give a try to this recipe you will really love it

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gms boiled and mashed potatoes
  2. 1cup finely chopped onions
  3. 3bread crumbs
  4. 4~5green chillies
  5. 1tsp grated ginger
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/2 cup of roasted peanuts
  8. Coarsely grinded peanuts
  9. 1/2cup finely chopped corriander leaves
  10. 1lemon juice

Instructions

  1. TAKE 250 GMS BOILED & MASHED POTATOES, ADD 4-5 CRUSHED GREEN CHILLIES, 1 TSP GRATED GINGER
  2. ADD 1 CUP FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS, 1/2 CUP ROASTED & COARSELY GROUND PEANUTS
  3. ADD 1 CUP SOAKED FLATTENED RICE / POHA
  4. ADD 1 CUP BREADCRUMBS, 2 TBSP FINELY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES, MIX INTO A DOUGH
  5. ADD SALT TO TASTE, 1 TSP LEMON JUICE
  6. SHAPE THE READY MIX INTO ROUND OR OBLONG CUTLETS
  7. ROLL THEM IN BREADCRUMBS
  8. PLACE THEM IN AN OIL GREASED AIR FRYER CONTAINER
  9. BRUSH OIL ON TOP, PLACE THE CONTAINER FOR AIRFRYING
  10. SET THE TEMPERATURE TO 200 DEGREES FOR 20 MINS
  11. THE CUTLETS ARE READY, SERVE HOT WITH SAUCE OR CHUTNEY ON THE SIDE
