ABOUT Fruit salad RECIPE

In summer everyone crave for sweets especially chilled one. So i prefer giving kids a healthy option enriched with vitamins and nutrients. Mix fruit salad is loved by all the little angles on earth.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 1/2 litre milk
  2. 1 cup Cream
  3. 2 tsp custard powder
  4. 1 cup chopped nuts
  5. 10 pieces raisin
  6. 2 banana
  7. 2 apple
  8. 1 Mango
  9. Black and green grapes 5 pieces each
  10. 1 tsp chia seeds
  11. 2 tbsp sugar or as required
  12. Some edible flowers to decorate

Instructions

  1. Heat milk in a pan and reserve some milk in a bowl. Reduce the milk to half and then add sugar, chopped nuts and let it simmer on low flame.
  2. Mix custard powder in the bowl with some milk and avoid lumps. Slowly add this mixture in the milk and continuously stir it till the milk becomes thick and coats the back of a metal spoon.
  3. Let it cool and keep inside the fridge.
  4. When it cools down chopp all the fruits and add it into the custard. Gently mix it and keep in frigde for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve chilled in a bowl and garnish with flowers and chia seeds.
