Ingredients: 1st layer; Oreo Biscuits 20; 2nd Strawberry jelly layer; Ready-made strawberry jelly packet 1; Fresh strawberries 3cups; 3rd Custard layer; milk 1lt; Custard powder 6tbsp; White chocolate 250gms; Sugar 6tbsp; Fresh fruits 2cup(grapes,apples,banana); Fresh whipped cream 1cup

1st layer
Oreo Biscuits 20
2nd Strawberry jelly layer
Ready-made strawberry jelly packet 1
Fresh strawberries 3cups
3rd Custard layer
milk 1lt
Custard powder 6tbsp
White chocolate 250gms
Sugar 6tbsp
Fresh fruits 2cup(grapes,apples,banana)
Fresh whipped cream 1cup

Instructions

Crush Oreo biscuuts
Add on the bottom of glass
Make strawberry jelly now
Prepare as given in the packet
Add 1cup chopped strawberry and cook for 5minutes
When cool add this little on the crushed biscuit layer
No need to set this layer
Now prepare Custard layer
Heat milk
Dissolve custard powder in little cold milk
Add slowly in milk and stir continuously
Add sugar
Add chopped chocolate now
Let it melt in the custard
When your custard is cool blend in a mixer jar. By doing this you will get a smooth flowing custard
Pour on the glasses with unset jelly layer This will give your glass a nice colour combination
Add chopped seasonal fruits. I had added grapes and apples
When set add a tbsp of strawberry jelly mixture on top Let it set now
Whip the cream
When your layer is set add a blob of cream on top with some strawberries
