In hyderabad,we call this as murukul...which is made of rice ,chana daal and its loved by each and everyone because of its crunchyness...

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Rice flour 2cups
  2. Chana daal flour 2 cups
  3. Urad daal flour 1/4 cup
  4. Butter 250 gms
  5. Coriander powder 3 tsp
  6. Jeera powder 2 tsp
  7. Green chilli paste 1tbsp
  8. Salt
  9. Turmeric 1 tsp
  10. Red chilli powder 3 tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix all the flours,dry masala,chilli paste and butter and make a crumbly texture
  2. Now add water little by little and make soft dough...
  3. Put a small roll of dough in murukul maker and make small murukuls on greased paper
  4. Slowly shallow fry it in the oil till brown...
  5. Ready to store once cooled...
