Mathri in moon shape with the taste of fenugreek

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup refined flour
  2. 1 spoon dried fenugreek leaves
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Carom seeds ⅛ spoon
  5. Oil for frying+2 spoon
  6. Lukewarm water as required

Instructions

  1. Mix refined flour,salt, fenugreek leaves,carom seeds,2 spoon refined oil in a bowl
  2. Knead a hard dough with water
  3. Make 4 balls from dough and roll in thick chapati
  4. Cut in moon shape with cutter
  5. Heat Oil in a wok
  6. Deep fry kaju on medium flame
  7. Keep in airtight box when it cools completely
