Instructions

Mix moida and baking powder in a bowl and sieve them.
Melt the butter and put it in a big bowl.
Add the powdered sugar and whisk the mixture well.
Add moida and keep on mixing it with hand till it becomes smooth and everything dissolves well into each other.
Add grated coconut into the mixture.
Add milk and knead it to make a smooth dough.
Grease the baking dish with a little oil.
Take a small portion of the dough, roll it into a round ball, keep it between your palms and press it with light hands.
Keep the cookies on the baking dish.
Preheat the oven at a temperature 180℃.
Place the baking dish with cookies in the oven for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes check if it is light brown then take the cookies out from the oven.
Transfer the cookies from the baking dish to a wire rack.
In the same way make the other cookies.
After they cool off, remove the cookies from wire rack and serve these delicious cookies.
