About Chicken Tikka Cake Recipe

Chicken Tikka Cake

Ingredients to make Chicken Tikka Cake

  • 2 tbsp chickpeas, boiled and mashed
  • 6 pieces chicken Tikka, shredded
  • ½ tbsp gram flour
  • 60 gm (4 tbsp) Dr. Oetker FunFoods Tandoori Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tortillas
  • 2 Ice Berg Lettuce Leaves
  • 1 spring onion, chopped

How to make Chicken Tikka Cake

  1. In a bowl add chickpeas, chicken tikka, gram flour, 2 tbsp of mayonnaise and mix well. Make round tikkis from mixture.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan (low flame) and cook the tikkis till they are golden brown in colour.
  3. Slit one side of the chapattis from the center till the end and warm them in the pan.
  4. Spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise on each chapatti. Place lettuce leaf on the tortilla & roll it like a cone. Place tikkis inside the cone and sprinkle spring onion.
  5. Serve it hot.

My Tip:

While making tikkis apply little oil on hands so that mixture doesn’t stick.
