Ingredients to make Kaju kathli

  • cashew powder - 1  1/2 cup
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • cardamom - 1 pinch
  • water - 1/2 cup

How to make Kaju kathli

  1. Boil water and add sugar, wait for 1 string consistency.
  2. Once you get the perfect consistency, slow down the flame,
  3. Now add cashew powder. Stir well.
  4. You should get dropping consistency of the mix.
  5. Now transfer to a greased plate and wait to cool.
  6. The make diagonal cut for diamond cuts.

My Tip:

Cashew powder: Grind cashew in food processor. Not much, it will become oily.
