Mulliganawny soup

Ingredients to make Mulliganawny soup

  • Lentil (red) soaked 50 gram
  • chicken stalk 2 cup
  • chicken boiled shredded 200 gm
  • salt
  • pepper
  • ginger 1 inch
  • carrot 1
  • potato 1
  • curry leaves
  • butter
  • Creem 4 tbs
  • Boiled rice 8tbs
  • Lemon juice of 2 lemons
  • coconut milk 4 tbs
  • Curry powder 1tsp
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tbs
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • onion 1
  • Red

How to make Mulliganawny soup

  1. In a heavy bottom pan take 5 cups of water at chopped vegetables garam masala, salt and let it boil for 10 minutes.
  2. Then add lentils and cook till done, add red chilli powder, curry powder and curry leaves.
  3. To add chicken stalk, let it cool and grind well, now put in another pan and cook over low flame. Add coconut milk and close the gas, add lemon juice, add shredded chicken and boiled rice in it. Garnish with cream.
