Very simple and tender chicken malai tikka ,tawa fry method

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Boneless chicken 500 gms
  2. Fresh curd 1 cup
  3. Fresh cream 1 cup
  4. Ginger garlic greenchilly paste 2tsp
  5. Butter 3 tbsp
  6. Garam masala 1 tsp
  7. Kasoori methi 1 tsp
  8. Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Vinegar / lemon 1 tsp
  10. Salt
  11. Corn flour powder 1 tsp
  12. Skewers

Instructions

  1. First take a bowl add boneless chicken which has to cut like cubes
  2. Then add fresh curd, fresh cream, vinegar/lemon, ginger garlic green chillypaste, pepper powder, garam masala, kasoori methi,salt, mix well
  3. Marinate this in refrigerator for about 1 hour
  4. Heat a skillet, before fry add cornflour powder and oil mix well.
  5. Now insert chicken in the skewers and keep it in hot skillet apply butter . One side done flip to other side .
  6. If you don't have skewers ,then directly place chicken on the skillet.
  7. It will take just 5 mins to cook
  8. Serve with green chutney
