About Chicken Spring Roll Recipe

Crispy spring rolls in an air fryer.

Chicken Spring Roll

Ingredients to make Chicken Spring Roll

  • 2 chicken breast
  • Spring roll sheets
  • 4 tsp hung curd
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp tandoori chicken masala
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp oil

How to make Chicken Spring Roll

  1. Take chicken breast and marinate it with lime juice, red chilli powder and salt. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste, hung curd and oil to above chicken breast. Keep aside for another 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat air fryer at 160 C for 5 minutes. Now put chicken breast and cook at 180 C for 7 minutes, turn it's side and cook for another 7 minutes.
  4. Take out chicken breast cut into small pieces.
  5. Take a spring roll sheet fill with chicken mixture and seal the edges using water and maida mixture.
  6. Airfry it from both sides till golden brown at 160-180 C.
  7. Serve hot with green chutney.

My Tip:

Donot over cook chicken.
