Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Palak leaves [spinach] 8-10
  2. Curd 1 cup
  3. Cashews 5
  4. Dates 3
  5. Salt to taste
  6. White sesame 2 tsp
  7. Ghee 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee, add cashews and sesame, fry them.
  2. Add palak leaves fry till tender.
  3. Add in Mixie jar after cool.
  4. Add curd, salt to taste, dates.
  5. Blend smoothly and serve.
