Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup rice
  2. half cup chana dal
  3. one fourth Cup moong dal
  4. 1 tbsp urad dal
  5. 1 cup palak puree
  6. 1 cup curd
  7. 1 cup grated Lauki
  8. 1 cup grated carrot
  9. 1 teaspoon salt
  10. 1/4 tsp haldi
  11. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  12. 1 green chilli
  13. 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  14. one lemon juice
  15. for Tadka----
  16. 1 tablespoon oil
  17. one teaspoon mustard seeds
  18. One teaspoon sesame seeds
  19. seven curry leaves
  20. Pinch of Hing
  21. 1 teaspoon Chana
  22. half cup grated cheese
  23. salad for topping
  24. chutney for serving

Instructions

  1. soak rice and dal at night
  2. add ginger and chilli and make paste in mixie next morning
  3. make puree of Palak
  4. add curd and Palak puree in rice mix
  5. add all vegetables and given spices
  6. mix all of them
  7. add lemon juice
  8. make Tadka with given ingredients
  9. Preheat ovan
  10. Add half of Tadka in batter
  11. add 1 eno satche in batter
  12. Add 2 tsp batter in muffins moulds
  13. And add cheese
  14. then again pour 2 teaspoon batter
  15. prepare all cupcake mould like that
  16. Bake them at 180 degree for 20 minutes
  17. let them cool and the mould
  18. Spread chutney upon them
  19. top with salad and remaining tadka
  20. healthy baked muffins are ready
