Saffron Mousse

Ingredients to make Saffron Mousse

  • Paneer - 1/2 cup
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Saffron - few strands
  • Whipped cream - 1 cup
  • Yellow color - few drops
  • Chocolate - 1/2 cup
  • Amul cream - 1/ cup

How to make Saffron Mousse

  1. 1. Boil milk & soak saffron in it.
  2. 2. Grind the paneer well in a mixer to a smooth paste and add milk to it.
  3. 3. To this mixture add whipped cream and yellow color.
  4. 4. Fill half into serving glasses, pour a layer of chocolate ganache and fill with remaining mousse, decorate with strands of saffron.
  5. 5. Serve chilled.
