Ingredients to make Chocolate Mousse Cake( Egg less)

  • Maida or all purpose flour .........................1-1/2 cup
  • Plain or salted butter .................................75 g
  • Fresh cream( whipped ) ............................250 g
  • Milk............................................................ 100 ml
  • Baking powder ..........................................1 tsp
  • Condensed milk....................................... 200 ml
  • Cocoa powder ............................................2-1/2 Tbsp
  • Dark chocolate compound ......................200 g
  • Soda water ...............................................3/4 cup
  • Red cherries ............................................(tinned ) to taste
  • Chocolate essence................................. few drops
  • Measuring spoons and cups

How to make Chocolate Mousse Cake( Egg less)

  1. 1. Take a bowl put maida, baking powder, chocolate cocoa powder and sieve it.
  2. 2. Take another bowl put butter,condensed milk, chocolate essence, soda water, and coco powder +maida mix. beat thoroughly with a beater now add milk again beat it.your cake mixture is ready.
  3. 3. Preheat the oven. take a cake tin put cake mixture in it (step 2 ) and bake for 20 min. at 180 degree .
  4. 4. Take out the cake (after cooling) put a layer of red cherries and syrup . now put whipped cream over the cake top.
  5. 5. Take a double boiler to melt the dark chocolate compound cool for room temp. add cream and mix it with spoon.
  6. 6.Now put the final layer of chocolate and cream mixture (step 5 ) over the cake.
  7. 7 Garnish the cake with chocolate shavings and red cherries put it in a fridge for 1 hour
