Mocha mousse

Ingredients to make Mocha mousse

  • Tropolite dairy free cream 1/4 cup
  • Coffee powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chocolate compound 100 gms
  • Chocos powdered1/4 cup
  • Mint sprigs 2
  • Disposable cups

How to make Mocha mousse

  1. First melt chocolate compound in a microwave for 30 secs and mix. Repeat if needed for 30 secs.
  2. Take cream and whip till soft peaks.
  3. Mix 2 tbsp of melted chocolate and coffee powder in the cream by cut and fold method.
  4. Refrigerate until used.
  5. Take a disposable cup in the shape of a clay pot.
  6. Give 3 small cuts on the rim
  7. Fill the cup with melted chocolate and keep it in the refrigerator for only 1 min
  8. Remove the extra chocolate from the cup by overturning it.
  9. Refrigerate for next 5 mins until it is set
  10. Now fill the cup carefully with cream,coffee mixture previously made.
  11. Cover the top with powdered chocos as soil in the pot
  12. Garnish with a sprig of mint
  13. Refrigerate for 10 mins
  14. Remove the cup from the cuts made.and serve..
My Tip: Edges will be little bit broken.. You can fill the mousse in the pot with the help of an icing bag for a neat finish
