Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 tsp olive oil or refined oil
  2. 2 fresh red tomatoes
  3. 2 large tsp Schezwan sause
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 4 medium cut potatoes
  6. 1/4 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  7. 2 tsp honey
  8. 1 Cup water

Instructions

  1. Cut 4 medium sized potatoes into 4 equal halves. Keep it aside
  2. Blend tomatoes to form puree and keep it aside as well.
  3. Take a frying pan and add 2 tsp of olive or refined oil and then add turmeric powder and tomato puree and salt. Mix it well on low flame.
  4. Now add Schezwan sauce into the mixture and a bit of chilli powder and cover it with a lid for 5 min.
  5. Now add potatoes and mix it well so that the mixture coats well on the potatoes. Now add some water so as to cook potatoes.
  6. Lastly, add 1 tsp of honey and mix well.
