Ingredients to make Crunchy Choco Ice cream Corns

  • Ingredients for crunchy choco corn:
  • Cornflakes - 2 cups
  • Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp
  • Condensed milk - 300 ml
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Ingredients for ice cream ( vanilla ):
  • Cold heavy cream - 1 cup
  • Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • Condensed Milk - 1 cup

How to make Crunchy Choco Ice cream Corns

  1. Preparation for the crunchy choco corns:
  2. Heat a non stick pan, add butter, let it melt, then add cornflakes. Saute well in butter to get it coated, then add cocoa mix (add 200 ml condensed milk to cocoa powder and whip well to make a smooth mix).
  3. Now remove from flame and add the remaining 100 ml of condensed milk. Mix it well and keep in the fridge to cool. After it's cooled, just crush your choco corns and they are ready to be eaten with ice cream.
  4. Preparation for the ice cream:
  5. Whip the heavy cream until it thickens. Add vanilla and whip until foam peaks, to this mix the condensed milk and whip for high foam. Now transfer to an air tight container and let it refrigerate for 6-7 hours or over night.
  6. Preparation of  Crunchy Choco Ice Cream Corns:
  7. Take a ice cream bowl, add 2 tbsp of crunchy choco corns and spread it well. Now place 1 large scoop of ice cream and again 1 tsp of crunchy choco corns.
  8. Serve it instantly.

My Tip:

It tastes awesome when served chilled.
