Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cups Poha
  2. 1/2 cup Sugar
  3. 2 cardamom
  4. 2 tsp ghee
  5. Water to soak poha
  6. 1 tsp rose water

Instructions

  1. Soak poha in running water and drain it. Make sure it gets a bit dry. Keep it aside.
  2. Take a frying pan and put 2 tsp of ghee.
  3. Add 2 cloves of cardamom and stir it till it leaves its aroma.
  4. Now add poha and mix well. Also add sugar according to your taste. Again mix it well till sugar melts on low flame.
  5. Lastly, add 1 tsp of rose water to make this dish aromatic. Serve it with papad.
