ABOUT Raw mango Icecream with Caramalized Ripe mangoes.( No preservative icecream) RECIPE

Raw mango is boiled witb sugar and than added to a mixture of Cream and condensed milk mixture.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw mango grated 1
  2. Sugar 1/3 the of grated mango.
  3. Artificial mango flavour few drops ( optional)
  4. Cardemom powder 1/4 tsp
  5. Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Green colour a pinch ( optional)
  7. Full fat cream 250 ml
  8. Condensed milk homemade 3/4 cup
  9. Vannilla essence 1/2 tsp
  10. Ice cubes.
  11. Ripe mango 1 bowl.
  12. Water 1/4 bowl.
  13. Sugar 8 tsp.
  14. Lemon juice 1/4 tsp
  15. Cinnamonpowder a pinch.
  16. Caramal syrup for garnish ( optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil grated mango and sugar in a heavy bottomed pan. Add a pinch of green colour. ( Optional)
  2. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes. Turn off heat. Add Cardemon and Cinnamon powder.
  3. Allow it to cool under the fan.
  4. Take full fat cream in a bowl. Keep it in a bigger bowl containing lots of Ice cubes.
  5. Blend by using a hand blender for 6 to 8 minutes . The ice cubes will prevent cream from spoiling while blending on high speed.
  6. Now fold in condensed milk. Mix by using a spatula
  7. Add vanilla essence and raw mango.
  8. Transfer in a container and refrigerate.
  9. And here is your Raw mango icecreme .
  10. Now heat water in a pan. Add sugar.
  11. Cook stirring continuously till it changes it's color. It will take 6 to 8 minutes.
  12. Add 1/2 tsp of lime juice after 4 minutes. Add cinnamon powder.
  13. Add your Chopped ripe mangoes and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
  14. Mango will become glossy.
  15. Serve your Ice cream with Caramelised mango.
  16. You also can serve it with caramel syrup.
