Beetroot Cheesy Stuffed Garlic Bread

Ingredients to make Beetroot Cheesy Stuffed Garlic Bread

  • wheat and white Flour - 1 Cup (1/2 cup each)
  • Warm water - ½ Cup
  • olive Oil - 2 TbspMixed Herbs - 1 Tbsp
  • sugar - ½ Tsp
  • salt - to taste
  • yeast - ½ Tbsp
  • Grated Cheese, paneer and Beetroot - 1/2 cup
  • Crushed garlic - 1 tspn
  • Pizza Sauce - 3 Tbsp
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • salt n Herbs - Your Preference

How to make Beetroot Cheesy Stuffed Garlic Bread

  1. In a bowl add the warm water, sugar and yeast. Mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes. Add the flour, salt, herbs, garlic in a bowl and mix well. Pour in the yeast mix and knead to a sticky soft dough, if required add more warm water.
  2. Transfer to an oil greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth and keep aside in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. After one hour, preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Dust you hands with flour and knead the dough out for a minute.
  3. Then roll it dusting flour in between to prevent sticking. Brush it with olive oil and spread sauce and put grated veggies.
  4. Now shape it the way you want and brush it lightly to bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees. Once baked brush on little oil and enjoy it HOT.

My Tip:

Use Butter for final brushing, it'll taste yumm.
