Healthy Burger

Ingredients to make Healthy Burger

  • 5 boiled potatoes
  • 2 cups boiled soya chunks
  • Bread crumbs
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp jeera powder
  • Chopped coriander
  • burger buns
  • Mayonnaise / cheese spread
  • green chutney
  • tomato and onion slices
  • butter
  • oil for Deep frying

How to make Healthy Burger

  1. Mash boiled potatoes. Take boiled soya chunks and drain it. Now blend soya chunks in a mixer.
  2. Mix soya chunks and potatoes.
  3. Add all the spices and mix well.
  4. Make tikki out of it (not so thin) and coat with bread crumbs. Deep fry till golden brown from both sides.
  5. Take burger bun apply mayonnaise/ cheese spread on both sides. Now apply green chutney. Put tomato and onion slice and then put tikki. Cover it
  6. Heat pan and put butter and cook the burger from both sides.
  7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

My Tip:

Make tikki in such a way that there is no cracks.
