Chutney sandwich bread bajji

Ingredients to make Chutney sandwich bread bajji

  • Ingredients for batter-
  • 1 1/2 cup besan
  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp cooking soda
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1tsp chilli powder
  • Little ajwain
  • 1/2 tsp hing
  • salt to taste
  • 6 Bread slice
  • 1/4 cup tomato ketchup
  • 1/4 cup green chutney
  • water
  • oil for frying

How to make Chutney sandwich bread bajji

  1. Mix all the ingredients to a smooth batter with out lumps. Batter should be neither watery or thick.
  2. Spread 3 slices with green chutney and 3 slices with ketchup.
  3. Place chutney bread slice on ketchup slice.
  4. Cut into 4 triangular shape pieces ( total 12 pieces).
  5. Heat oil in a kadai and dip the sandwiced bread slices in the batter & fry in medium flame.Turn and cook on all sides till done
  6. Once done remove it in tissue paper and serve hot with pudina chutney or tomato sauce.
