About Mango Lassi Recipe

The best way to combine the sweetness of mangoes with the coolness of yogurt.

Mango Lassi

Ingredients to make Mango Lassi

  • 1 cup chopped mangoes
  • 2 tbsp sugar (you can adjust it as per the mango)
  • 1 cup chilled fresh yogurt/curd
  • 1/2 tsp rose water
  • pista for garnishing
  • Small chopped pieces of mango to garnish
  • Coco sticks for garnishing

How to make Mango Lassi

  1. Peel the mangoes and chop them.
  2. In a blender or mixer, add the chopped mangoes, sugar and rose water. Make a puree of this.
  3. Now add the chilled curd and ice cubes. Blend for few seconds till everything is mixed well and the yogurt becomes smooth.
  4. Pour the mango lassi in a glass and garnish it with pista, small mango pieces and coco sticks.
  5. The chilled mango lassi is ready to be served.
