About Caesar Salad Recipe

A popular salad which is a salad of romaine lettuce and croutons dressed with parmesan cheese, lemon juice, olive oil, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and black pepper.

Caesar Salad

Ingredients to make Caesar Salad

  • Half a Ciabatta loaf
  • 2 chicken breast (boneless)
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 4-6 olives
  • 4 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup Bean sprouts
  • 1/2 a cucumber chopped
  • A bunch of Rocket Leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make Caesar Salad

  1. Preheat a grill to medium heat. Preheat ovent to 150 degres celsius.
  2. Add garlic clove, olive oil, anchovies and lemon juice in a food process until it becomes smooth to make a dressing. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and 2 tbsp of the dressing.
  4. Grill the chicken until it become golden and crisps.
  5. Cut the ciabatta into cubes, brush some olive oil and bake in a oven for 2-4 mins.
  6. Wash and chop the rocket leaves properly.
  7. Cut the chicken into small bite sized pieces.
  8. In a bowl, add the chicken, lettuce, ciabatta pieces, olives, cherry tomatoes, bean sprouts and cucumber and toss well.
  9. Season with some dressing, salt and pepper.
  10. Serve fresh.
