Haryali Paneer Tikka

Ingredients to make Haryali Paneer Tikka

  • 300 gm paneer
  • 3 TBSP HUNG curd
  • 2 tsp coriander and green chilli paste
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • oil for sauting
  • FOR GARNISH:
  • Onion and tomato slices

How to make Haryali Paneer Tikka

  1. Take paneer and into cubes.
  2. Add all the ingredients.
  3. Marinate it for 20 minutes.
  4. Take a grill pan, put oil and add paneer pieces.
  5. Sautà :copyright: it on high flame till cooked from both sides.
  6. Serve hot with green chutney.

My Tip:

Take big pieces of paneer.
