Aam Panna

Ingredients to make Aam Panna

  • 3 Raw Mangoes
  • 1/2 tsp black salt
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp mint leaves powder
  • 2-3 tsp sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 3 glasses of water
  • Few ice cubes

How to make Aam Panna

  1. Wash and boil the mangoes, let them cool. Peel, mash and strain the pulp.
  2. Take a blender, add the mango pulp and add all the ingredients - sugar, black salt, salt, roasted cumin powder, mint powder. Blend it smooth.
  3. Now add chilled water to the smooth puree mix it well. Pour in glasses garnish with mint leaves and ice cubes(optional). Serve chilled.
