Mango Lassi

Ingredients to make Mango Lassi

  • 3/4 cup mango pulp (of 1 big mango)
  • 1 cup curd (not very thick)
  • 2-4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon green cardamom powder
  • 1 teaspoon rose water (opt.)

How to make Mango Lassi

  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and your mango lassi is done!

My Tip:

Choose a mango variety which is less fibrous. You can adjust the amount of sugar.
