These rolls are loved by my kids ,the stuffing is made out of bell peppers and paneer and used schezwan sauce ,they taste yum ,you can make rotis and sabzi prior and serve them later while eating ,friends do try this recipe

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl paneer
  2. 1/2cup of red, yellow,green bell peplers
  3. 1/2cup finely chopped onions
  4. 1cup of tomatoes chopped
  5. 1tsp of red chilly powder
  6. Pinch of sugar
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Schezwan sauce 1tsp
  9. Normal ketchup 1tsp
  10. Butter 2tbsp
  11. 2tsp greenchilly,garlic chopped
  12. 1 /2 tsp of ginger
  13. 2cups of whole wheat flour
  14. Salt to taste
  15. 2tbsp of ghee
  16. Water to bind the dough

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TBSP BUTTER, ADD 1 TSP EACH OF CHOPPED GINGER, GARLIC & GREEN CHILLIES, 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION
  2. SAUTE FOR 1 MINUTE
  3. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF RED CHILLI & CORIANDER POWDERS, 1 CUP CHOPPED TOMATOES
  4. ADD 1/2 CUP CHOPPED TRI COLOURED BELL PEPPERS, SAUTE UNTIL SOFT
  5. ADD SALT TO TASTE, A PINCH OF SUGAR
  6. ADD 1 TBSP SCHEZWAN SAUCE, 1 TBSP RED TOMATO SAUCE, MIX WELL
  7. ADD 1 CUP COTTAGE CHEESE CUBES, STIR & TAKE OFF HEAT
  8. TAKE 2 CUPS WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR, ADD SALT TO TASTE, 2 TBSP GHEE
  9. ADD SUFFICIENT WATER, KNEAD INTO A DOUGH
  10. COVER & SET ASIDE TO REST FOR 15-20 MINS
  11. TAKE SMALL BALL OF DOUGH, ROLL OUT A THIN ROTI
  12. GRILL ON A HOT TAVA
  13. FLIP & GRILL, PRESS DOWN LIGHTLY WITH A DAMP KITCHEN CLOTH, TAKE OFF HEAT
  14. PLACE THE ROTI ON A TISSUE PAPER, ADD 2 TBSP COTTAGE CHEESE MASALA IN THE CENTRE
  15. ADD 1/2 TSP CHOPPED ONIONS ON TOP, FOLD
  16. GRILL ON A HOT TAVA, BRUSH LIGHTLY WITH BUTTER ON BOTH SIDES
  17. WRAP IN TISSUE PAPER, SERVE HOT WITH KETCHUP
