Sweet Basil Lemonade
- sabja /sweet basil seeds-1 tsp
- cold water- 1 cup
- sugar-2 tsp adjust( to taste)
- salt -a pinch
- 1.Soak the sabja seeds in 1\2 cup water for about 3-5 mins until it blooms and looks like jelly.
- In a serving glass, add a tsp of the gelatinous seeds. Squeeze lemon juice into it.
- Add cold water to it along with the sugar and salt. Mix well
- Serve cold.
