Ingredients to make Tomato Soup

  • tomato - 2
  • carrot - 1
  • onion - 1
  • sugar 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Milk or cream - to garnish
  • butter - 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  • garlic - 3 cloves

How to make Tomato Soup

  1. Boil tomato, carrot and onion and remove the skin of tomatoes and deseed them.
  2. Blend them all together.
  3. Add butter, garlic and then tomato, carrot and onion paste in butter.
  4. Then add the stock and let it boil.
  5. Add cornflour paste in soup and boil it, stirring continuously.
  6. Then add milk in it. Add salt, sugar, black pepper and boil for 5 minutes again.
  7. Serve hot.
