About Mango Kulfi Recipe

Mango Kulfi

Ingredients to make Mango Kulfi

  • Milk - 1/2 litre
  • mango pulp - 1 cup
  • Khoya - 1/2 cup
  • sugar - 5 to 6 tsp
  • Green cardamom - 3 to 4 crushed
  • almonds - 10 coarsely ground
  • Few rose petals chopped

How to make Mango Kulfi

  1. Heat milk in a pan along with sugar, almonds powder and cardamom.
  2. Let it come to a boil and reduce the flame.
  3. Add crumbled khoya and mix well. Let it cook for some time on low flame. Keep stirring.
  4. Cook till it becomes thick. Remove from the flame and let it cool.
  5. Then add mango pulp and chopped rose petals and mix.
  6. Now, first add some chopped rose petals in kulfi moulds and then pour the kulfi mix.
  7. Freeze for atleast 7-8 hours and serve.
  8. I served it with home made falooda and drizzle some khus syrup.

My Tip:

Adding chopped rose petals gives it a beautiful look.
