Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Thick yoghurt 1 cups
  2. Mango pulp 1 cup
  3. Coconut grated 1 cup
  4. 1 cup Poha soaked in water for 15 mins
  5. Jaggery 1 tsp
  6. Almonds 4 tsp
  7. Peanuts 4to 5 tsp
  8. Cherries 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. First wash the poha thoroughly and drain excess water
  2. Keep it aside and let it dry
  3. Now take a bowl and add the ingredients together
  4. Mix it together and refrigerate for 2 hours
  5. Mow serv chilled with desired garnish. I have used cherries and nuts.
