These eggless cookies are very cute and taste good,just melt in mouth.

Ingredients Serving: 12

All purpose flour 1 cup
Salt 1 pinch
Custard powder vanilla flavour 3 tbsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Unsalted butter 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar 1/3 cup
Vanilla essence 1tsp
Chocolate cereal as required
Chocochips as required

Instructions

Seive all the dry ingredients togethet
In a bowl beat sugar and butter till light and creamy
Add vanilla essence and beat again
Then slowly mix the flour mix in 2 batches gently.do not over mix
The dough should be soft.If it is too tight add little milk and if too soft then add little flour
Now make small balls and roll out to flatten them and arrange in a parchment paper over a baking tray.
With chocolate cereal and chocochips make the puppy face.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degree for 15-18 min till the sides become light brown
Take out in a wire rack to cool down and then enjoy.
