Quick Salad

Ingredients to make Quick Salad

  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 1 medium sized tomato
  • 1 medium sized cucumber
  • 1 medium sized carrot
  • 1 medium sized capsicum
  • 1 smal l sized cabbage
  • 1 cup Boiled corns
  • 1 cup moong daal sprouts
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • coriander leaves for garnishing

How to make Quick Salad

  1. Chop all the veggies.
  2. Mix in a bowl.
  3. Add lemon juice, mayonnaise, black pepper and mix.
  4. Add olive oil, vinegar, oregano and salt.
  5. Mix all d ingredients properly.
  6. Garnish with oregano and coriander leaves.
