Ingredients to make Mango lassi

  • Ripe sweet mangoes 2
  • yoghurt 200 grams
  • milk 2 cups
  • sugar 4 tablespoon
  • Vanila essence few drops
  • mint leaves for decoration.
  • Ice cubes

How to make Mango lassi

  1. Peel the mangoes,cut into cubes and make smooth puree.
  2. In a blender add mango puree,sugar,yoghurt,milk,vanilla essence and ice cubes.Blend together.
  3. Pour in the glasses and decorate with mint leaves.Serve chilled.

My Tip:

If you dont like vanila essence u can opt it.
