RAW MANGO CHIKKI

Ingredients to make RAW MANGO CHIKKI

  • 260 gms Raw mango Julian
  • 300 gms sugar
  • 1 tsp Ginger juice
  • Raisin and crushed almond
  • 25 gms butter
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 drops mango essence
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Crystal sugar

How to make RAW MANGO CHIKKI

  1. Raw mango should be cut in Julian and dipped in water for half an hour
  2. Add butter in a heated frying pan. Sauteed strain Julian mango
  3. Add sugar salt ginger juice.
  4. Let the water dehydrated
  5. Stir continuous add raisin crushed almond
  6. Add mango essence mix well
  7. Spread in a butter paper garnish with Crystal sugar
  8. Till comes to cool and platter
