Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 150 gram green peas
  2. 100 gram paneer
  3. 2 tbs kasuri methi ( dry fenugreek leaves)
  4. 15 cashew
  5. 2 medium Onion
  6. 1/2 cup Malai ( cream)
  7. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  8. 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 4 green chilly
  11. 3 tbs butter

Instructions

  1. take 1/2 cup water soak cashew in that and keep aside
  2. cut onion and green chilly in slices and boil green peas till soft
  3. take a pan put 1 tbs butter let it hot
  4. now put onion in butter cook on medium heat until soft then off heat
  5. now let the onion cool down
  6. take a mixer grinder jug put onion cashew and green chilly make a fine paste
  7. now take again a pan put 2 tbs butter let it hot
  8. now put onion cashew and chili paste on low heat and cook
  9. now put salt red chilly powder and dry mango powder cook until pan leaves the side
  10. then add boiled peas with 1 cup water and kasuri Methi cook on low heat for 5 minutes
  11. add grated paneer and malai mix it well cook 2 more minutes
  12. then off heat put in a serving bowl garnish with grated paneer and cream
